I’ve delved into the background of the character I worked with – Joseph Slidell – hinting to the story behind the purple dove feather he wears in his hat.
OMG I did my first FF of the year! I started out having NO IDEA where I was going, or where I would end up. Was fun!
Mr Linky says I am No.2 – My first FF in a while as life has gotten in the way of me being here but I absolutely adored this story I came up with, and I’m planning on expanding it, making it a short story that will go into a short story compilation I am working on.

For me too, it was the first of the year. It’s been hard to write anything recently. Hope I’m back on track now. I certainly enjoyed this.
