Three Word Game Part III
January 21, 2010
Since my absent mindedness led to my post being WAY late today, I thought we would take a break with another writing exercise. Last time each person only added three words to the story. Today, participants will add an entire sentence.
Here are the rules:
- You can only post one sentence at a time. The length is up to you as long as it has a subject and a verb. No run-on sentences allowed.
- You can participate as many times as you want but someone has to add to the story before you can post again.
- Copy and paste the story before adding your sentence (it helps everyone to keep up with it)
Ready? I’ll begin:
Jessi opened her apartment door to find a blue rose and letter in the hallway.

The apartment answered her with silence.

Frowning, she turned the page over, searching for the senders name; finding only the insignia of a well known hotel within walking distance from her apartment.
“You have got to be kidding me,” she whispered ominously, as she slowly slid down the pale blue wall and into a crouching position. “he knows.”
Woops, I forgot to add the rest of the story! My apologies. Here it is:

She grabbed the gun from her bedside table and walked into the night.
